Details:
My research aims to investigate how social support affects expatriate spousesí adjustment, and the outcomes of this adjustment in terms of their well-being. Because of the key role expatriate spousesí play, in relation to the successful adjustment of the expatriate, itís hoped that this research will provide organisations with information for improving the outcomes of expatriate assignments
