Please arrive promptly by 6pm and look for the event host who will be giving people a sticky label name tag and invite you to take a seat within a small group. If you arrive earlier, you can order and pay for your own drink from the bar. The discussion will start at 6:10pm so please allow enough travel time to arrive on time.

Suggested participants: People who have moved to Adelaide, from the country, interstate or overseas, usually within the last three years. This includes expatriates, migrants, international students, Australian repatriates, people on work assignment etc.

People looking for work in Adelaide with international experience.

People wanting to network with international arrivals. Whatever your story, you will be welcome at our events.

This event was first hosted by Newcomers Network in Melbourne on Thursday 26 March 2009. The first event in Adelaide was hosted on Thursday 27 May 2010 and then on 24 June 2010 and 22 July 2010. These events have been held in Adelaide on the Second Thursday of every month since February 2011.

All of our events are open to anyone who would like to attend, but this particular event is designed for people who have moved to Adelaide within the last three years.
Purpose: This informative event has been designed to help you learn more about living, working and networking in Adelaide and give you an opportunity to meet other people in the same situation.
