Global Mobility Network - Networking for professionals in the Global Mobility Industry in Adelaide

1. First launch event Thursday 11 November 2010

Our first event is being hosted when the Founder and Director of Newcomers Network, Sue Ellson, is visiting Adelaide on 11 November 2010.  It is our aim to host this event on the Second Thursday of every month (check this page for dates), so please come along and join the very first event to make this happen!

This event is suitable for International Human Resources Managers, HR Professionals, Employers, Migration Lawyers and Agents, Global Mobility Experts, Relocation Service Providers, Recruitment Consultants, Real Estate/Accommodation Specialists, Government Representatives, Management Consultants, Cross Cultural Trainers, Business Advisers, Business Owners, Networkers and Allied Professionals working with international arrivals and departures (Accountants, Financial Planners, Bankers, Insurance Agents, Communications etc).

All ages and backgrounds welcome. You can also remain after 6pm and join the Welcome to Adelaide event with people who have moved to Adelaide within the last three years.

On street car parking can sometimes be found but cannot be relied upon - and of course, please do not drink and drive.

There is no cost to attend this event

To be purchased by you on the night. You may like to bring some smaller notes and coins so that you can easily pay for your own refreshments.

8. Event Description

This informal networking event has been designed to help you meet other people who work in the Global Mobility Industry and are based in Adelaide.

You may like to bring your own business or personal card to share with other people you meet or a small notepad and pen if you are given information from others that you would like to keep.

We usually attract between 10 and 30 people at each event. We encourage everyone to move around during the evening so it is easy to meet other people. Everyone is most welcome and you can continue to attend other Newcomers Network events as frequently or as infrequently as you like.
