All bookings are made with your budgets, preferred suppliers and company requirements in mind.

. Car hire bookings: Book car hire according to requirements through company preferred supplier if appropriate, taking into account relocatee entitlements and preferences.

. Flight bookings: Make appropriate bookings in line with arrival schedule with preferred supplier/airline as requested. Confirm all details with client and relocatee and make changes as needed.

. Removals: We arrange competitive third party quotes, manage negotiations and bookings and liaise between relocatee and removals company throughout the entire process.

Familiarisation Service
Our customised one day Orientation program takes place based on employee needs analysis. The aim of the day is to leave the relocatee with a clear idea of their new surroundings and potentially identify locations to search for permanent accommodation. We discuss budget, lifestyle, security, schooling, shopping, transport and recreational activities available in each area.

Destination City Information Pack
Relocation Specialists Information Packs contain all the information your relocatee will need to get to know their new destination. Our packs are tailored to both domestic and international transferees and include street directories, restaurant guides, travel guide, maps, necessary forms for license application, tax file number application etc as well as our own comprehensive Relocation Specialists guide.

Education Assistance
Often the highest priority for parents when relocating is finding the right school for their children. After completing an Education specific needs analysis, our Consultants will work closely with parents to provide information and advice on choosingt he right school for their children. We also accompany parents on school inspections and interviews, as well as assisting in the enrolment process. We are also able to refer parents to external educational specialists when necessary.

Rental Furniture Co-ordination
Ideally we like to get transferees into permanent accommodation as soon as possible, so that families can feel settled quickly. This also helps to reduce costs on temporary accommodation. However, shipping can take many weeks for international movers, so we can arrange furniture rental to ensure that they feel at home in the meantime. We select a hire company which works within your policy guidelines, and arrange selection and delivery based on your employee needs.

Home Search Services
Finding the right home in the right community is key to a successful assignment. After a needs analysis, we work closely with the relocatee to make this possible. We research and shortlist suitable properties, accompany on inspections of selected properties, then assist with rental application and lease signing. All our consultants have extensive experience within the real estate market and are experts who will ensure that the lease is correct under the relevant state legislation. We also assist with home purchase by helping select suitable suburbs within their budget, introducing to local real estate agents and providing good quality information on the buying process and the current market.

Networking Opportunities
Relocating for transferees and their families can be a source of feelings of isolation. We can source and recommend many networking opportunities for business and social interaction.

Settling in Program
Once permanent accommodation has been selected and the relocatee moved in, we provide a program which assists them in effectively making the most of their new home and community. We can arrange for utility connections, provide information on local facilities including recreation, lifestyle, medical, and other general settling-in needs as directed by the relocatee. We can also introduce employee and family to appropriate organisations that may include cultural, networking and general interest groups.

Cross Cultural Services

Relocation Briefings (plus children's briefings)
When relocating internationally, it is an integral part of the relocation process that sojourners have an overview of the business and social etiquette, customs and values of their host culture and the similarities and differences to the home country culture. We demonstrate and advice on how the host culture interacts and communicates to assist the newcomer to successfully adapt to that environment.

Program Outcomes:
. An appreciation of some of the aspects of the country that they will soon be calling home
. Recognition tools and training on cultural similarities and differences between their home and host cultures
. Delivery of a basic framework that will assist in interpretation of differences in social and business relationships within their new environment
. Expectation management tools for the challenges that all family members, including children will face throughout the moving and adjustment phases and assistance in helping them develop useful problem solving techniques for each individual

Programs for Business Travellers
It is imperative to develop and increase the cultural awareness of staff that frequently travel internationally for business reasons or have need for regular phone/email contact with staff or clients located in other regions. Employees who travel frequently on business trips will be effective immediately upon arrival and will be able to successfully manage the relationships across many differing cultures within a region.

Program Outcomes:
. Acquire information about the targeted culture(s), allowing the participants to appreciate some aspects of that culture and therefore able to have positive regard and interaction with the local people of that culture.
. Recognise that there will be cultural similarities and differences between their home culture and the targeted culture and focus on understanding the cultural values, behaviour and communication styles necessary to successfully conduct business.
. Develop a degree of overall cultural competence, which can then be utilised across many cultures
. Anticipate the challenges that each business person will face whilst working short term in a location, assisting them to develop appropriate problem solving techniques to understand the similarities and differences between their culture and the host culture and how this affects the way we do business in a global marketplace

Management Coaching
A one on one program designed to maximise effectiveness of managers and executives working in new or multi culture environments. We build on existing strengths of the participant and provide tools to enable the participant to contribute effectively to the whole organisation with increased understanding of the different communication styles, values and behaviour of other cultures. This program is designed to be run over several sessions as required.

Program Outcomes:
. Acquire information about the target culture(s) so that the participant can identify cultural differences between their culture and that of their team members
. Apply culture sensitive communication skills to strengthen individuals opportunity to reach business objectives for themselves and their team
. Address any particular and specific issues being faced by the participant and the organisation in the cross cultural context

Repatriation
Success when returning home is imperative and all family members need an understanding of the knowledge and skills they have gained whilst living overseas. We assist repatriating staff and their families to re enter their own culture, with an understanding of the changes that have taken place within their culture and within themselves.

Program Outcomes:
. Acquire information about the changes that have taken place at home, allowing the participants to refresh their knowledge and close any major gaps that may have occurred
. Recognise that there will be differences between how they have lived for the past few years and the effects those changes may have on the way they now behave and communicate in both social and business relationships
. Anticipate the challenges that all family members, including children will face throughout the moving and adjustment phases and assist in helping them develop useful problem solving techniques for each individual
. Learn how to utilise and maximise on the knowledge and skills learnt whilst on international assignment, thereby enabling them to approach the move with motivation and confidence in achieving new personal and business goals
