Business brings executives to Melbourne for extended stays; our business is to help them perform at their best by making them feel welcome, comfortable and "at home" in one of the world's most liveable cities.

We provide the busy executive with a serviced apartment or home unit in a quiet, bay-side suburb within an easy commute of their workplace and easy reach of quality recreational opportunities. The apartments are available for short-, medium- and long-term stays, from four nights to months.

The apartment is self-catering and self-contained so the executive can enjoy their own life-style on a tree-lined street minutes from cafes, restaurants, the beach, the bay, boating and sailing, fishing, world class golf courses, fashion shopping, churches and, if for families, a range of schools, colleges and universities.

The best bed

Our guests work hard and enjoy life to the full, so they will want to wake up each morning rested, refreshed and ready for the new day. To help them do that, we furnish every one of our serviced apartments with beds and mattresses custom-made for sleeping comfort, Queen size in the main bedrooms, single in other rooms. The mattresses are eight inch (200mm) inner spring with extra padding which molds to the sleeper's body and supports every part for deep, relaxing sleep.

We add microfiber pillows for stable head and neck support and health properties, pure cotton sheets -- steam laundered, crisp and starched -- and electric blankets and thick but light doonas for warmth with low weight when needed, so guests can sleep fully relaxed throughout the night.

Each of our roomy, modern apartments or home units is designed, built, furnished and equipped to provide the busy executive with the relaxed "home away from home" life style he or she needs away from work.

We furnish and equip our accommodation so guests can walk straight in and be at home. All the apartments and home units have a modern kitchen complete with cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils; all have a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer; every bed is complete with linen, coverings and an electric blanket; and the modern bathrooms come with fluffy towels and toiletries.

All have off-street parking and all the larger apartments offer private outdoor space.

The only extra is the telephone service.

Service

We service all apartments weekly; more frequent service, including daily maid service, is available on request.

Rates

All our apartments are available for short, medium or long term rental, ranging from four nights up to months. Daily rates range from $165-$255 inc. GST, depending on apartment size, facilities and location. Weekly and monthly rates are available for longer stays.

Spacious two bedroom apartments with two bathrooms ideal for two executives or for a small family.
TREE HOUSE | END HOUSE

Executive ++/Family
Spacious three bedroom family apartments/home units, ideal for executives to share or for families relocating.

Each offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, excellent design and fitting out and outstanding living and entertainment areas. Each has its own special attractions.

Every one of our apartments is within a few minutes walk of local shopping precincts which offer a wide choice of cafes, coffee shops, delis, restaurants, and bars, and fast and slow food of excellent quality in a wide range of styles. Clustered in and around the shopping precincts are such community facilities as public transport (train and bus routes), churches, medical, dental and other health services, libraries and schools.

Recreation

Melbourne's Mediterranean-like climate means that outdoor recreation is possible for most of the year and visitors to our executive apartments find that their Parkdale and Mordialloc locations are particularly well suited to take advantage of this.

Personal fitness

Gyms and personal fitness trainers are located in both Parkdale and Mordialloc with further facilities, including women's only gyms, in neighboring suburbs a few minutes away by bicycle or car.

Inspired by a difficulty we experienced ourselves when needing quality, short-term apartment accommodation, we launched our service in 2004 and immediately began receiving a warm response from guests. In our first four years, we have accommodated nearly 700 rentals involving around 1500 guests with stays ranging from a few days to six months.

We believe it speaks volumes for our service, apartments and locations that around half of our rentals today are repeat business with a number of major Australian and international corporations using us regularly to accommodate key staff. It also says something special for our locations that many of our guests who are immigrating to Melbourne choose to settle locally.

Our guests have come from the USA, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, South Africa, Canada and interstate in Australia.
