19/10/2000 City of Boroondara Community Connections Group Bowen Street Family Centre, Camberwell, Victoria Moving to Melbourne Research Findings and the value of community resources * At the Bowen Street Family Centre, Camberwell, the Community Connections program funded by the City Of Boroondara produced a fantastic ‘Newcomers Handbook’ for people moving into the municipality (most of the 96 people Sue surveyed moved into this council area). Sue spoke about the benefits of this type of product, for newcomers, service providers and the council based on her research findings
