Sue was invited on the night to speak to the guests about the importance of understanding the needs of both the industry and the individuals who utilise the various relocation services listed on the website. She highlighted how important it was for the service providers to understand what it is like from the client's perspective when many international arrivals will be experiencing their first warm Christmas and will be without their usual rituals

Sue spoke about the benefits of this type of product, for newcomers, service providers and the council based on her research findings
